All of iHerb’s fulfilment centres and inventory hubs are industry-registered by NSF International and have earned Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or ISO registrations. This recognition reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest global standards for product safety, handling and operational excellence. Each facility is maintained at a consistent 74–75°F (23–24°C) and features large walk-in refrigeration units for items requiring regulated temperatures.
Products dispatched from our international centres are strategically sourced from high-quality partners and received at one of our USA hubs in California and Kentucky where we carefully inspect the products for introduction to our global supply chain. Where possible, we also procure items from quality local vendors so we can offer our customers a regionally relevant assortment.
